Boris Campanella is the son of Savoyard restaurateurs from the shores of Lac du Bourget, where conviviality and sharing have always been the basic ingredients of human-scale cuisine and hospitality. He chose this profession at a very young age and trained with renowned chefs. Today, as Executive Chef at the Hôtel de Crillon in Paris, he has not forgotten this notion of sharing and simplicity. He likes to devote his time to the Tout le Monde contre le Cancer association, cooking for patients and their families during the annual food truck tour.

Tout le monde contre le cancer
The announcement of a cancer diagnosis disrupts the daily lives of patients and their families. The association Tout le monde contre le cancer supports patients and their families through a variety of initiatives, including the now-famous Toques en truck, which gives families affected by cancer the opportunity to bring patients, families and carers together around a table to enjoy a gourmet meal in the open air! An annual event that transforms the hospital into an outdoor café for a day, to help people forget their illness. Many chefs are involved in this highly-anticipated tour. Conviviality and sharing are key ingredients in the recipe for success.
