Nicolas Conraux has modernized the Breton family home created in 1952 in the spirit of a traditional innkeeper. Along with his wife Solène, he has adopted an intentional and responsible approach, favoring sustainability as well as environmental and human action at every stage of the restaurant and accommodation business. Proof of his sincere commitment: European Ecolabel, Ecotable, Plastic-Free Certification and of course, as a Breton, he preaches and respects the advice of Ethic Ocean.
Initiative
Plastic Free Certification
Plastic Free Certification was created in 2018 by a group of 12 members, coming from different worlds but connected by an invisible thread: the protection and safety of the planet and human beings. They are associated with ASviS, itself founded in 2016 with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of the Agenda 2030 goals for sustainable development, by mobilizing Italian society, its economic and social players and its institutions. The initiative proposes to certify companies and establishments that are actively committed to reducing their use of single-use plastics. It also promotes awareness of the environmental impact of plastics and encourages the transition to more sustainable practices.
