Inspired by the Geitmyra Matkultursenter for barn (Geitmyra Food Cultural Center for Children) in Oslo, Heidi Bjerkan founded the Credo Kompetansesenter association in 2020. in Trondheim. She shares her in-depth knowledge of food and nutrition with children aged 7 to 14. They learn how to cook and how to eat healthily, while awakening their curiosity. The aim is to instill in them sustainable habits that will last a lifetime and ultimately contribute to improving their health and preserving the planet. In 2024, Heidi is moving her restaurant to Oslo, and of course plans to resume her work with children in the Norwegian capital in some form or another.
