EAT is a non-profit organization founded by Gunhild Stordalen and the Strawberry Foundation (formerly Stordalen), dedicated to transforming the global food system. The organization draws on the challenges facing the global food system, such as undernutrition, food waste, environmental degradation, obesity, etc., to advocate solutions aligned with the UN’s sustainable development goals. EAT collaborates with various foundations, academic institutions, organizations and companies that provide strategic advice, knowledge and financial support for its programs.
