With a yogurt pot, cooking becomes accessible to all!

Longtime friends Adeline and Rebecca published a cookbook in 2014, “La cuisine pour tous“, accessible to everyone, including people with mental disabilities or reading difficulties.

Their book stands out for its simple, intuitive approach, with recipes written in easy French, enabling anyone to follow the instructions without difficulty.

Each recipe is broken down into clear, illustrated steps, with large-print typography for easy readability. Ingredients, utensils, and actions to be carried out are presented in a distinct, visual way, making cooking enjoyable and self-sufficient for everyone. To simplify things, quantities are measured with a simple yogurt pot, eliminating the need for a measuring cup.

After two years’ work in collaboration with associations, this book offers simple, tasty recipes, tested by users, with the aim of making cooking accessible, simplifying everyday life, encouraging autonomy in the kitchen and promoting a balanced diet. The first volume includes recipes such as smoothie, quiche Lorraine and chocolate cake, while the second features dishes such as lasagna, chicken curry-coconut and crêpes.

In no time, whip up magic in your kitchen!
