Haikal Johari was enjoying a successful career as head chef at the Alma restaurant in Singapore.
A motorcycle accident paralyzed him in a wheelchair in 2015.
He showed incredible courage and returned to the kitchen, a world vital to his soul.
In 2017, he was awarded a Michelin star, which the restaurant still holds!
Today, he officiates at the AVANT restaurant in Bangkok, where his talent for offering French cuisine interpreted with an Asian touch remains unchanged.
