Radhika Khandelwal, based in New Delhi is a chef and food safety activist who promotes zero waste and biodiversity movements in New Delhi. Through her cooking, she pays tribute to indigenous Indian ingredients, and experiments with lesser-known, local and seasonal products. A true #zerowastehero pioneer, every day she raises public awareness of the issues of hunger, biodiversity, climate change and food waste. Radhika Khandelwal is creative and innovative.
