Chef

Christopher Koetke

It must have been the love his mother passed on to him through the tasty dishes (especially cakes) she concocted that inspired Christopher Koetke to become a chef at the age of 12. Since then, his passion has never left him, and in four decades he has acquired unrivalled experience. After working as a chef for leading restaurants, then as a culinary teacher on numerous campuses across North America, he is now President of a consulting company dedicated to food and beverages, and also the World Chefs’ Feed the Planet committee.
