Every June 21, Canada celebrates National Aboriginal Peoples Day to recognize and honour the heritage, cultures and valuable contributions of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples to Canadian society. To mark the occasion, the Fairmont Château Laurier hotel in Ottawa is organizing a culinary week. On the program: Chef Trudy Metcalfe-Coe and Chef Joseph Shawana.
