For over twenty years, French chef Amandine Chaignot has been showcasing her cuisine in the world’s most prestigious venues. With a wealth of experience working with some of the greatest names in gastronomy, she now heads two restaurants: Pouliche and Café de Luce in Paris, and Sauge, an Auberge Percheronne located in Réveillon, 2 hours from Paris. A more personal setting, it features products from the Normandy region, to which Amandine has been attached for many years…

Deeply committed to children’s rights, she sponsors two young girls in Senegal and Myanmar alongside World Vision France, for which she serves as honorary patron For Amandine Chaignot, women are the pillars of communities. So she has no qualms about devoting her time and her efforts to the association to ensure a right to education for all.

Affiliated with World Vision International, a child sponsorship NGO and the leading non-governmental provider of drinking water, World Vision France ‘s mission is to help the most vulnerable children. Thanks to the support of patrons such as Amandine Chaignot, along with sponsors and donors, the NGO now helps over 200 million children worldwide. World Vision France has three main areas of expertise: supporting families over the long term (15 years on average), defending children’s rights, and emergency aid and reconstruction following crises or natural disasters.
