Chef

Yannick Alléno

It was a personal tragedy that prompted chef Yannick Alléno to commit himself to a cause that is now very close to his heart. On May 8, 2022, his son Antoine, also a cook, was hit on his way home from work by an individual under the influence of alcohol and drugs, driving a stolen car. Beyond their pain, Yannick Alléno and his wife experienced the lack of structural support to deal with the multiple aspects of the situation. They soon founded the non-profit Antoine Alléno to help other families.

Association

Antoine Alléno

The Antoine Alléno association assists families who have lost a loved one under the age of 25 to road homicide, providing human, psychological, legal, administrative and financial support. It also works to raise awareness among all those concerned by these issues, and mobilizes citizens and public authorities to bring about change, particularly in terms of legislation.
