Place on parchment paper to drain excess oil. Leave to cool.  <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #aec145;\"><strong>The stuffing  <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, combine ground meat, finely chopped parsley, salt, pepper and olive oil.
