Lucille Lahaye is a sustainable food project manager at the GoodPlanet Foundation. She grew up in a farming family, an environment that made her aware of the challenges facing agriculture and food from a very early age. That personal experience now fuels her professional commitment. <\/p>\n\n

At the Foundation, she designs and leads awareness-raising projects on sustainable food for a wide range of audiences. Her work focuses on making these issues accessible and tangible through workshops, educational pathways, and learning programs. At the heart of this approach is the Foundation\u2019s teaching kitchen, a flagship educational tool based on the principle of learning by doing.
