Deeply rooted in the realities on the ground, he has made solidarity and mutual aid the cornerstones of his work. <\/p>\n\n<p>Together with his wife <strong>Dounia Tawk<\/strong>, he founded <strong>La Cuisine de Mariam (Mary&#8217;s soup kitchen) <\/strong>in Beirut, an initiative launched in the aftermath of the 2020 explosion. Together, they developed a project that is both humanitarian and economic, aimed at supporting families in need. <\/p>\n\n<p>Through this community kitchen, they organize the daily preparation and distribution of thousands of meals, while providing employment and training opportunities for people in precarious situations.
