Vladyslav Malashchenko is a Ukrainian social entrepreneur and the founder of Good Bread by Good People in Kyiv. In 2017, he established this social bakery with the aim of promoting the professional inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities. Through the production of artisanal bread, he has developed a sustainable economic model based on employment, dignity, and autonomy.
