He is the founder of<strong> Souk El Tayeb<\/strong>, a pioneering social enterprise launched in 2004 that uses food as a tool for social cohesion, economic empowerment, and cultural preservation in post-war Lebanon. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By creating farmers\u2019 markets, community restaurants (Tawlet), guesthouses, food festivals, and social kitchens, Kamal Mouzawak has helped support small-scale farmers, women cooks, and rural communities, while promoting fair trade, sustainable agriculture, and interfaith dialogue.
