Christophe Sepulcri is originally from the B\u00e9arn region but has been living on R\u00e9union Island for the past 10 years. After running several restaurants with his wife, he turned to professional training. He enjoys sharing his knowledge and supporting those who, through cooking, can regain self-confidence and find professional opportunities. This is especially true when he works with prison inmates.<\/p>\n\n

He takes his commitment further by volunteering as a trainer at the Wings of Change<\/em> hospitality school in Nosy Be, Madagascar. This institution welcomes young Malagasy people from extremely disadvantaged backgrounds and trains them in the fields of hospitality and catering. <\/p>\n\n
