In 2015, Daniel Dobre co-founded S\u0103rb\u0103toarea Gustului, an association dedicated to food education and the promotion of taste. This project reflects his commitment to a world where everyone, from childhood onwards, has access to a diversified, eco-responsible diet. Through initiatives such as the “Taste Lessons” he leads, the association raises awareness among thousands of schoolchildren and their families of the importance of consuming better while respecting the planet. “The key to healthy living lies in taste education, from childhood onwards. In this way, we act in good time, campaigning and acting in the long term for the good of every citizen, for better health, less food waste and a smaller carbon footprint”.<\/em><\/p>\n\n
