I wanted to enable families in precarious situations to enjoy good food in a balanced way.&#8221;<\/em> One of his students told him about the Restos, and Giuseppe decided to get involved and help people who were far from employment to acquire culinary skills while promoting an anti-waste approach. In his workshops, he teaches how to sublimate fresh ingredients, sourced from the social inclusion garden. <em>&#8220;I teach people how to transform products and use all their parts so as not to waste anything.
