He believes that cooking, and what we consume in the broadest sense of the term, is inextricably linked to health and environmental preservation. He is actively committed to responsible cooking and social balance. Alain cooks for good causes, such as this charity meal organized in June 2024 in Yerevan, the Armenian capital, in collaboration with Bocuse d&#8217;Or winner Davy Tissot. Together, they are raising funds to finance a three-years culinary course for four young enthusiasts at the <a href=\"https:\/\/am.ambafrance.org\/CEPFA\">Centre d&#8217;Enseignement Professionnel Franco-Armenien<\/a>, opened in Yerevan by the Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;Enseignement Professionnel du Rh\u00f4ne (SEPR). The chef also works with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.arpejeh.com\/\">ARPEJEH<\/a> (Accompagner la r\u00e9alisation des projets d&#8217;\u00e9tudes de jeunes \u00e9l\u00e8ves et \u00e9tudiants handicap\u00e9s), an association that promotes the employment of disabled people, equal opportunities and diversity.
