The association, co-founded in 2019 by Rafael Rinc\u00f3n, Kurt Schmidt, Teresa Garc\u00eda, Sebasti\u00e1n D\u00edaz and Sebasti\u00e1n Gatica, aims to prove that gastronomy has incredible powers, particularly in the fight against hunger, the reduction of inequalities and social inclusion, and the environmental action. The foundation has also scale to Spain, Colombia and Chile.
