Now a veritable hub for food education, the site brings together organic school gardens, kitchens and cafeterias to teach both academic subjects and the values of food, community and responsibility. It&#8217;s a rich education taught to students, tackling topics related to climate change, health and social inequalities. Through joyful, dynamic learning, students forge bonds around food and nature.
